Position Overview:

The Thrive Channel Program continues to expand rapidly, reaching a network of thousands of partners across the country.  The Inside Channel Sales Representative will be focused on identifying new partners, understanding their businesses, coordinating trainings, and setting appointments for us to educate them.  Administratively, keeping our CRM up to date, uncovering dormant opportunities and contacting partners about their status, running reports on Channel Analytics, and assisting our marketing team on campaign follow up, are all components of this role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Send out and follow up on proposals/quotes with partners and prospects
  • Channel Partner follow up through email, LinkedIn in, and phone
  • Resurface dead deals In Channel funnel and bring to senior rep to close
  • Set up appointments with targeted partners who are not transacting with Thrive
  • Run assorted Channel Data reports
  • Keep SFDC up to date on the account and opportunity levels
  • Gather competitive data and stay up on latest industry trends
  • Identify new partners on LinkedIn
  • Arm partners with all the latest channel collateral and additional resources as needed
  • Create and push call campaigns with partners into their customer base
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by Channel Program Manager and CRO

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree from 4-year college with proven academic success
  • Experience working for a Systems Integration, Computer Hardware/Software Reseller, Managed Services Provider, or In Cybersecurity
  • Sales Experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills
