Thrive Is GDPR Compliant

Thrive has assessed the operational policies and procedures of our offerings and will attest in the applicable service agreements to their alignment with GDPR regulations for EU and UK-based organizations. This ensures firms can implement secure and compliant solutions in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Organizations must verify that their IT providers meet GDPR compliance standards before provisioning even basic managed services. This includes managed systems, as third-party access to personal data and sensitive information can impact data protection and regulatory alignment.

Note: Nothing herein shall constitute legal advice, compliance directives, or otherwise. Customers and prospective customers should consult an attorney and/or other compliance professional regarding their organizations’ compliance obligations, including, without limitation, the regulations described herein.

The UK Data Protection Act

The UK’s Data Protection Act (2018) is a revision of the Data Protection Act (1998) that’s designed to complement the GDPR.

Thrive clients are required to be compliant with The Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR Standards with respect to products and services provided to customers in the UK and EU and with respect to their business practices and operations relevant to the UK and EU and related data.

The Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR Standards dictate that clients are required to ensure the legitimate use, confidentiality, and security of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
