Position Overview 

As a member of the Thrive Project Delivery team, the Delivery Analyst is responsible for tracking, assigning, and scheduling engineering tasks for Thrive Service Orders (i.e. Client Contracts). The main responsibility of this role can be summed up as order and resource management. Order management requires the Analyst to assess a new contract, get it in the hands of the right individual for execution, and assist in billing activation. It is important for the Delivery Analyst to be a good communicator that is keen at data accuracy, analysis, and reporting. This is a new position for Thrive and candidates need to be a self-starter that can firm up new processes, test system workflows, and achieve alignment between Project Managers and Deployment Engineers.

Day to Day Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to assign tasks and manage schedules
  • Convert orders to projects/tasks/change requests for quick execution
  • Manage the inventory of Orders including assignment and billing statuses
  • Create tracking processes to identify and update stale data
  • Collaborate on SLAs, metrics, and performance dashboards
  • Assist with process documentation

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Experienced in the ServiceNow Platform (PPM, CPM, )
  • Ability to manage large data sets, and slice data into views and reports
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales/business operations, contract management, and/or invoicing
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Data Presentation
  • Experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions
  • Project management experience
  • Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
