For SNS customers, the technical cutover to Thrive’s support systems and website are now complete! See below for updated details on how to request support via phone, email, and the Thrive Client Portal.

Phone Support:
To enable secure and efficient service delivery, all calls to legacy SNS support phone numbers now route to the Thrive Call Center. You can also reach Thrive directly at: 1-866-205-2810.

The Thrive phone system provides improved routing of phone calls to appropriate resources, allows quicker access to technicians that are working on existing cases, and offers you access to a larger pool of technicians to help facilitate your call.

New Thrive Platform – Client Portal:
SNS clients now have access to the Thrive Platform via the Client Portal, providing you with an easy and fast way to engage with your Thrive IT support team.

Inbound Email – New Ticketing System:
Emails sent to the old SNS support email address will no longer open support requests.

SNS clients can also reach support by emailing support@thrivenextgen.com. The response emails will have a fresh new look with Thrive branding.
