Thrive provides integrated, CJIS Compliant Next-Generation services for Florida and Alabama-based agencies, and offers consulting for organizations searching for an experienced guide through the complex processes.
Thrive is a trusted advisor to many agencies including cities that manage police departments and other law enforcement entities, county sheriffs, state attorneys, court administration, and corrections facilities. Thrive brings this experience to each new client and is available to aid agencies through their CJIS audits, helping them to prepare and navigate each step.
Audit preparation includes review of the agency’s network design, physical security, data protection, encryption practices, and written policies and assessing alignment with CJIS Policy Areas and controls to identify gaps and needed action items.
In addition, Thrive has streamlined The Cloud Vendor Approval Process for our clients in Florida, enabling Cloud projects to start faster while remaining compliant.

Thrive Data Center and Personnel are CJIS Compliant
Thrive offers integrated, CJIS Compliant Next Generation services in Florida and Alabama.
Our Florida data center has been CJIS audited in line with CJIS requirements, and our other related facilities and procedures also satisfy those policies. Our ITSM platform has been designed and configured to ensure that CJIS clients are isolated in our systems and that only CJIS compliant personnel have access to that data. These personnel members have all achieved Level 4 Security Awareness Certification and clearance procedures including a fingerprint-based background security check.
Organizations that have access to or store CJI need to be aware that their IT providers need to be CJIS compliant before they provision even the most standard of managed services. This includes managed desktops and infrastructure due to the potential third-party access to CJI.
Thrive has assessed the operational policies and procedures of our offerings listed below and will attest in the applicable service agreements to their ability to meet requirements for the use of in-scope services. This enables law enforcement and criminal justice management entities to implement cloud-based solutions and comply with the current CJIS Security Policy.
