Matt Tabor is Director of Product Management for AI & Cloud Services at Thrive, where he owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery across AI services, Microsoft technologies, and platform offerings. He focuses on building scalable, high-impact services that drive growth, improve margins, and deliver consistent value to customers.
Matt leads the development of Thrive’s AI service portfolio, including launching new offerings, advancing AI governance and security capabilities, and integrating tools that help clients adopt AI faster and with less risk. He has also played a key role in redesigning Microsoft and ServiceNow-based offerings to simplify packaging, improve adoption, and standardize delivery across the platform.
With more than 20 years of experience, Matt’s background spans engineering, solutions architecture, and product leadership within managed services organizations. He brings a practical, operator-focused perspective shaped by building and scaling services in MSP environments.
Matt takes a hands-on, execution-driven approach, working across teams to translate strategy into scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational performance.
