Daniel specializes in governance-led roadmap development, licensing and investment strategy, Copilot readiness, and helping organizations adopt Microsoft technologies through a practical crawl / walk / run approach. His work helps customers improve governance maturity, reduce risk, and make clear, defensible decisions around their Microsoft investments while maintaining flexibility and long-term sustainability.
With more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, and Microsoft platform advisory, Daniel brings a deep understanding of both technical operations and executive strategy. His background includes supporting commercial and U.S. government environments, including work with the DISA Cloud Migration Program Office and federal cloud architecture initiatives.
Daniel takes a calm, direct, and outcome-focused approach, emphasizing clarity, accountability, and practical execution. Based in Falling Waters, West Virginia, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
