Bill McLaughlin is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board at Thrive, where he leads the company’s global strategy, operations, and continued growth in managed services, cybersecurity, and next-generation IT solutions. He is focused on helping customers improve performance, strengthen security, and achieve measurable business outcomes through scalable, practical technology solutions.

Bill brings more than 20 years of experience across the technology and managed services landscape. Prior to becoming CEO in 2025, he served as President of Thrive, where he helped drive the company’s strategic expansion, operational alignment, and customer-first approach. His leadership emphasizes execution, accountability, and delivering consistent value to clients.

Before Thrive, Bill held senior leadership roles including SVP of Strategic and Major Accounts at Kaseya and EVP & CTO at Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office, along with positions at NER Data Products, Allied Office Products, and Enterprise Fleet Management.

Bill is also active in philanthropic efforts as Co-Founder and former Chairman of The Jillian Fund and as a Trustee of the Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation.
