Alexa Capital, a global corporate finance and M&A advisory firm specialising in energy technology, energy infrastructure, and e-mobility, grappled with challenges regarding its IT partner. The 22-person FCA-regulated team, based in Mayfair, faced issues of insufficient service levels, particularly with the office based in NY, and a lack of strategic guidance. Thrive will continue to proactively support and guide Alexa Capital on further recommendations to enhance the firm’s IT infrastructure and cyber security.
