How much do you expect your managed service business to grow (or decrease) in 2019? Why: We will grow by 50-60% in 2019 through a combination of mergers and acquisition and organic sales growth.

What emerging technology areas do you see being the biggest opportunity going into 2019: Cloud based IT solutions that we are wrapped in cybersecurity and compliance-based solutions. Also emerging will be cybersecurity through IOT devices.

What is the single biggest/most significant change your company has made in the past year: We acquired two companies in 2018, BizCompass in Maine and InfoHedge in New York City. We now have more than 250 employees and close to one thousand customers in the United States and abroad. We are implementing ServiceNow as our back-office integration platform to create a common customer experience no matter the market or solution sold.

What is the biggest challenge to your managed service business for 2019: Finding and retaining a good engineering team is challenging in today’s growth economy. Thrive ties to foster a performance-based culture that encourages employees to focus on the customer. Because at the end of the day happy customers are what make for a strong company and gives employees great satisfaction.
