Thrive Managed Services has acquired IT management services company InCare Technologies to expand its customer base in the Southern U.S. This is the company’s fourth acquisition in the past six monts. 

Founded in 2000, Thrive Managed Services handles cybersecurity, cloud and collaboration functions on behalf of enterprises to spare pressure on their internal IT resources.

InCare Technologies primarily deals with health care providers, local authorities, schools and enterprises. The company’s managed services include proactive IT support and holistic outsourced tech management as well as cybersecurity.

Acquiring InCare is also expected to help Thrive strengthen its existing ServiceNow platform and sophisticated 24x7x365 Security Operations Center, as well as public, private and hybrid cloud solutions.

IoT represents an ever-present threat to enterprise IT networks. Thrive’s fully-integrated cybersecurity platform aims to cover small to mid-sized enterprises. It incorporates a unified anti-intrusion platform as well as the Thrive5 methodology and a security-first slant on all of its support services.
