The law firm, with two Florida offices and 19 satellite locations across the country, was expanding and dealing with end-of-life services and required IT infrastructure updates. The firm relied on a physical infrastructure with limited disaster recovery capabilities in the event of a crisis, including hurricanes. Limited power resilience capabilities could spell disaster for the law firm responsible for safeguarding critical documentation.

SOLUTION

Thrive delivered a strategic roadmap to move to the Cloud, which enabled advances in hardware and software services that former systems couldn’t offer. Thrive’s Cloud solutions provided the high availability, security and stability the law firm operations demanded. Thrive also migrated the firm to a Virtual Private Cloud network to eliminate previous routing issues and moved session hosts inside the Cloud to SSD for more speed, reliability and flexibility in remote environments. Managed Services to the Virtual Private Cloud were added to enable Thrive to handle the monitoring, alerting, AV, Patch Management and server support.
