Service Desk: Entry Level-2 years of technical experience and/or education
- Attitude, aptitude and passion for technology and helping customers
Tier 1: 2-4 years of desktop or server support experience
- Attitude, aptitude and passion for technology and helping customers
- Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and fix or escalate client incidents or projects
Tier 2: 4-6 years of enterprise client support experience
- Attitude, aptitude and passion for technology and helping customers
- Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and fix or escalate client incidents or projects
- Support of enterprise customers with multiple locations in a fast-paced environment
Tier 3: 6+ years of MSP technical support experience in an escalation seat
- Attitude, aptitude and passion for technology and helping customers
- Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and fix or escalate client incidents or projects
- Support of enterprise customers with multiple locations in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Windows/AD/VMware/O365/Networking experience
Cloud Engineer: 6+ years of desktop and/or server support experience
- Experience designing network architectures w/ LAN/WAN networking and Windows servers
- Perform day-to-day local cloud maintenance
