Position Summary

Our high-volume sales team in New England needs a Sales Process Administrator to facilitate, manage   and sustain our sales process.  The perfect candidate will provide quality internal and external customer service, reflecting Thrive values.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a foundational understanding of the roles and interplay between corporate systems
  • Become a quoting expert and work deals through contract systems to support the sales team
  • Manage the sales activities within Salesforce.com
  • Support many tasks across multiple salespeople in direct or remote environments
  • Ensuring accuracy across multiples of transactions that will affect multiple downstream systems and processes
  • Customer support to include billing questions, service audits, renewals, small upgrades
  • Assisting sales with client proposals and presentations
  • Staying current on new technology, our offerings and opportunities to expand accounts.
  • Communicate with customers and partners to assist the sales team in expediting the paperwork and contract process
  • Work with marketing to assist in communicating within campaigns to help the sales team drive new opportunities

  • Customer service-focused, energetic personality, professionalism, and a desire to assist
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong organizational traits. Ability to track and prioritize multiples of issues over the course of a day/week/month. This position involves juggling multiple transactions at various stages of the life cycle
  • Strong ability to work in a confidential environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive demands
  • Ability to logically progress through a process of troubleshooting issues, along with defining and executing resolutions through a communicative and team-based approach
  • Ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of 2 years sales support, account management, complex administrative support, or related functions
  • Ability to quickly learn the Thrive sales process and systems, technical products, services and solutions and readily apply new knowledge
  • Ability to maintain and expand existing account relationships
  • Strong communication skills at all levels within an organization, but also confidence with Customer communication
  • Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and with others
