Position Overview

Thrive is seeking a Marketing Manager to support all aspects of marketing including events, digital marketing, sales support, collateral/materials, lead generation, corporate website, internal intranet, sales training.

This role will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing and support company-wide internal marketing communications, direct sales, channel sales and business partner relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collateral Development and Co-branding pieces – Assist in the in-house design and production of marketing materials. This includes copy writing and proof reading.
  • Event Management – Complete detailed management of events. Ability to follow event management process, including booking venue, venue set-up, food & beverage, scheduling kick-off calls, presentation reviews and pre-game meetings, thorough follow up, Open Reports, Tracking attendees, Registered Attendee Lists
  • Email Campaigns – Design email creative using Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva and utilize HubSpot Platform to create email, develop content, pull Open Reports and provide feedback to stakeholders
  • Internal Marketing – Assist with company-wide Internal Marketing, as directed by CEO, CFO, Director of HR and Director of Corporate Marketing – employee events, employee communications
  • Videos – Create pipeline for in-house videos that is updated weekly. Record videos and edit for publication, create content for post and post to company YouTube channel
  • Lead generation – Track leads through sales using Salesforce. Develop reports to track potential Marketing ROI
  • HubSpot – Leverage HubSpot capabilities to the fullest (lead nurturing, Workflows, SEO, etc.). Maintain contact list databases and produce reports from HubSpot. Create and update company landing pages
  • Blogs – Research industry articles and coordinate with internal SME’s for content to develop a blog pipeline for consistent weekly blog posts. Provide weekly rundown of posts for the week
  • Company Website – Updated content in WordPress for company website
  • Presentations – Create and update Sales and departmental presentations
  • Promotional Items – Manage promotional items and maintain inventory
  • Marketing Reporting – Provide weekly updates and produce Monthly Marketing Analytics Report for meetings and on other occasions, as required
  • Newsletters – Create and distribute monthly newsletters for Clients, Partners and Employees
  • Social Media – Maintain and update Social Media accounts. Assure that social media pages are up to date with content and creative. Create Social Media pipeline and provide weekly rundown of posts for the week
  • Partner/Member Portals – Update member/partner portals with marketing collateral
  • Provide essential administrative support for the Sales Team
  • Set up, coordinate and/or confirm sales meetings and conferences
  • Provide all marketing invoices to Director of Corporate Marketing for budgeting
  • Coordinate travel as well as Marketing and Customer meetings
  • Manage various other projects with responsiveness and professionalism

Required Experience/Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (IT industry, sales & marketing preferred)
  • Energetic, outgoing personality
  • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive worker with very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize workflow is essential
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills including ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, with regular follow up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using WordPress
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times

Desired Skills
